• Human Bone Marrow – bone marrow products are collected by qualify clinicians from the posterior iliac crest of healthy and consenting donors. It is a rich source of CD34* hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and mesenchymal stem cell.

• Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) – PBMC’s are isolated from fresh blood using a density gradient separation system to remove granulocytes and red blood cells.

• Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMNC) – Primary bone marrow mononuclear cells are a heterogeneous population that includes hematopoietic lineage cells like Lymphocytes, monocytes, stem cells and progenitor cells, as well as mesenchymal stromal cells.

BMMNC are prepared by centrifugation in a density cell separation medium from bone marrow. Isolating the MNC eliminates the erythrocytes and granulocytes, producing a more stable cell product. MNC can be used directly in hematopoietic assays as the starting material for isolating CD34+ progenitor cells.
